Returns and Cancellations

We believe you will be delighted with your product(s) but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.

Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted at our office address unless agreed with us beforehand.

Unwanted Products
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days, with a copy of the despatch note, for a full product refund, goods must be received in perfect, unopened condition with seals and shrink-wrap intact. The original shipping charge will be refunded only in case of an error on our part.

We will make the refund directly to the payment method used to place the original order (depending on how the order was paid) within 10 days or earlier once we have inspected the item(s) and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Products
We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Product(s) to us at the postal address outlined below with 14 days of receipt. In these circumstances, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products
Please contact us by telephone at (833) 396-2127 during office hours (9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday) or via our (contact form)  to inform us of your wish to return Products. We may allocate you a Returns Code which should be included with the package to improve the processing of your return. We may also advise you on how to send the item back to us. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method (such as via Tracked Delivery) and return to:

You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.

Cancellations must be received by Top Trumps USA in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the ship date.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via our 'contact form'.
