1. You can Order Products in the following ways:

2. When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above ("Order") you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

3. You will receive separate order status-related emails (an ‘order receipt’ and a later ‘order confirmation email) when you place your order online. We will send you an order receipt email to confirm that we have received your order.

4. Top Trumps USA Inc. may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion.

5. All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Price

6. The price for each Product is shown on https://us.toptrumps.com.

7. We always try to make sure that the prices on https://us.toptrumps.com are accurate but errors may occur.

8. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details.

9. Prices are quoted on https://us.toptrumps.com in USA Dollars.

10. Outside of the USA customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries.

Payment

11. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.

12. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout'.

13. You must pay for your Order before it is delivered.

14. If you are shopping from outside the United States your credit card company will convert the transaction.

15. Payments can be made using a credit or debit card through PayPal.

16. Full payment (inclusive of shipping costs) is taken at time of order.

17. Orders may be processed online, or by telephone, using a credit or debit card or via PayPal.

18. If your delivery address is outside the USA and you order online you must pay by credit card or PayPal.

Availability

21. We try to keep https://us.toptrumps.com as up-to-date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available.

22. All offers are subject to availability while stocks last.

Delivery

23. Top Trumps USA delivers to destinations inside the USA only.

24. PO Box Addresses: Please note that not all delivery partners support shipment to PO Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

25. Orders received before 2 pm will be processed on the next business day.

26. Please check the USPS website for the last posting dates: https://www.usps.com/

27. Delivery outside the USA may be subject to local import taxes.

28. If these local import/custom charges are refused or not paid the item may be returned.

29. Delays sometimes happen so please allow a further week before contacting us.

30. If your goods are not delivered within the estimated delivery time please contact us.

31. Please Order with enough time to prevent disappointment resulting from delivery time.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders for Shipping Overseas

32. Currently Top Trumps USA only delivers outside of the USA to Canada. Estimated delivery to Canada is 5–7 working days.

33. Top Trumps USA Inc. does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights.

34. The copyright in https://us.toptrumps.com and the content of the website is owned by or licensed to Top Trumps USA Inc.

35. Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of the website.

36. You may use the website for private and personal non-commercial use only.

37. Top Trumps trademarks remain the property of Winning Moves UK Ltd.

Returns

40. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.

41. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.

42. Product returns are not able to be accepted at our office address unless agreed beforehand.

Unwanted Products

43. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it please return it within 14 days.

44. Refunds will be made to the original payment method once inspected.

45. You will only have to pay for the return postage.

46. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Products

47. If a product arrives damaged or defective we will replace it or refund it.

48. We will also pay the cost of return postage.
